Everest Chat Masala
Everest chaat masala can be used to make various chaat items and can also be added to raitas and other side dishes to bring in the tangy taste to recipe. It is a main ingredient in chaat items like pani puri/gol gappa, bhel puri, sev puri, etc.
Rock salt, black salt, mint leaf, cumin, dry mango, pomegranate seed, black pepper, dry ginger, chilli, nutmeg, asafoetida, Bishop's weed and malic acid.
